Welcome to the 2019-20 school yearOur online registration system is open.

 

By completing your registration online in advance you will avoid additional

fees and longer lines at Welcome Back Day.

 

To verify/update your student information, you will need to access the Aeries Parent Portal . If you do not already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, the primary parent contacts will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the portal. Instructions are also enclosed and can be found on the district website at www.walnutcreeksd.org(portal access via laptop or desktop computer is recommended).

You must have an email address on file to complete online registration. If you don’t have an email address on file, registration will be completed at Welcome Back Day(WBD). 

These instructions will guide you through the 3 steps online registration process: 

  • Step 1 - Walnut Creek Education Foundation (WCEF) Annual Fund 
  • Step 2 - Student Information Update using the Aeries Parent Portal (Required)

Once ALL 7 sections are completed and saved, click on ‘Confirm and Continue’ to 

PRINT Student Emergency Cards (this document is required for WBD) 

  • Step 3 - Create and/or update your account in Membership Toolkit (Required), and fill all the forms.

All purchases and donations are OPTIONAL and can be made either online using a credit card (PRINT Payment Invoice/Receipt), or by cash/check at WBD.

 

Please bring your printed documents to WBD for verification.

You will need:

- your proofs of residency (see Residency Required Documents)

- the Emergency Cards printed from the Aeries Portal for each child

- your Membership Toolkit receipt, even if you haven't donated yet.

 

 

Computers, printers, and volunteers will be available on-site to assist you in the event you had any trouble with the online registration process or need to complete it on site. Once you complete the WBD process, you will learn your student’s teacher(s) for the 2019-20 school year.

Welcome to 2019-20! Every year, Indian Valley Elementary relies on donations to WCEF to help fund a well-rounded, competitive education for your child.

 

Your donation to WCEF helps provide at Indian Valley Elementary: 

  • Salaries for more than 20 Specialists and teachers in Art, Music, Science, P.E. and Math
  • 36 weeks of Art, Music, Science classes (TK-5) and P.E. (1-5)
  • Time for teacher collaboration
  • Professional math coaching for teachers and students 

 

We ask 100% of our families to participate every academic year by making a tax-deductible donation that's right for their budget. 

 

 

GIVE TODAY OR GIVE MONTHLY. YOUR GIFT MATTERS. Your child matters. This year, our suggested ask is a one-time donation of $600 per student, or $50 a month for 12 months (roughly $1.75 a day). Your participation is the only way we can increase funding from TK-12 and elevate your child's education.
